Katy Perry ‘happy again’ after split

Katy Perry has thanked her supporters for their well wishes post her split from Russell Brand and credited them for making her “heart happy again”.


The 27-year-old took to twitter to quash the rumours surrounding her split from Brand, on Saturday.

“Concerning the gossip, I want to be clear that NO ONE speaks for me. Not a blog, magazine, ‘close sources’ or my family,” People magazine quoted her as tweeting.

The pop star also thanked supporters for their concern and well wishes during a difficult time.

“I am so grateful for all the love and support I’ve had from people around the world

“You guys have made my heart happy again,” she tweeted.
