Miley Cyrus slams boob job rumours

Miley Cyrus has taken to twitter to quash rumours that she has gotten breast implants, and insisted that she is all natural.

The 19-year-old, showed extreme cleavage at Sunday’s CNN’s Heroes 2011 awards event, sporting a yellow neck-plunging dress by Roberto Cavalli, which prompted speculation on her having gone under the knife to enhance her bust, 

Star magazine even published comments by three different plastic surgery experts who believed that she had actually undergone breast enhancement.

The former ‘Disney Princess’ has come out swinging in response to the deluge of boob job reports.

“Thank you for the compliment but these babies are all mine. I wish they’d realize you don’t have to be fake to be beautiful!” Radar Online quoted her as tweeting.
